BOARDROOM, CONFERENCE AND MEETING ROOM FACILITIES

We have installed state of the art presentation technology in our newly furnished boardroom. The boardroom sits eight to ten people and can be used for presentations, casual meetings or full board meetings. Catering for meetings is available with prior arrangement.

A fully outfitted state of the art training room is also available for hire. The training room sits 25 people comfortably. The training room is available for hire for half days, full days and multiple days. We are able to cater for your needs with prior arrangement.

The conference room and boardroom have telephone conferencing facilities as well as broadband internet. As well both facilities come with an array of presentation equipment such as data projector, lap tops, overhead projector, tv/video monitor, flip charts and white boards. These are included free of charge with the hire of any of the rooms.

RECEPTION

We have created a warm and welcoming environment with the sole purpose of providing you with a presence that your clients would expect from a successful business. We do not have signs indicating our name, so when your clients visit they have no reason to believe other than the whole floor is taken by your company. A professional and friendly receptionist operates the reception area.

We have installed state of the art digital communication technology. Your phone calls get answered in your business name.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARIAL SERVICES

We provide you with a full complement of secretarial services including word-processing, graphic design, power point presentation, data base establishment and management, and report binding.
