At The Lakeside Business Centre, we offer a variety of offices suites ranging in size from 10sqm up to 49 sqm; including stunning Executive Suites with panoramic views over Albert Park Lake.

All offices come fully furnished with large desks and returns, leather executive chairs, filing cabinets and lockable six shelves cupboards.

Our lease terms are flexible ranging from 1 day (hot desk) to several years.

On the other hand if you don’t need a fulltime time lockable office, you have the flexibility of using the following options:

Shared Office Solution

This means that you are sharing a lockable office with (2 – 3 workstations) with another business or individual(s) on an agreed term basis (usually more than 1 month).

We provide lockable cabinets for your equipment for when you are not in the office. In this instance, you have the benefit of a private office at a share of the cost. Prices start from $100 plus GST per week. This is a great option for sales persons who spend the majority of their time on the road or other businesses such as IT, consultants and trainers who work on site and require an office base for part of the day or few days per week.

Casual Office Solution

Hire a lockable office by day, on a casual basis, for a fraction of the cost. Prices start at $60 plus GST per day. This is suitable for people that need a quiet space to work for a day or few days at a time. It generally suits consultants, recruitment agencies, visiting solicitors, accountants, other professionals who meet clients in this part of the City and have the main practice or head office elsewhere.

Hot desk solution

This means you are hiring a workstation in our casual section which might have 1-4 other people working in the same space. Suits IT businesses, contract workers or data entry work where there are minimum phone conversations. This is the most economical option at $50 per day plus GST or $100 plus GST per week.
